Terms of Service - A2Z Connect

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by A2Z Connect ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

A2Z Connect provides custom software development, web application development, mobile app development, ERP solutions, IT consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
Make timely payments as agreed in project contracts
Provide necessary access, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom work product as specified in the project agreement. A2Z Connect retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. Pre-existing materials and third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

A2Z Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Peshawar, Pakistan.
